You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activities that occur under your account. 

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided - including billing and delivery information - remain accurate at the time of purchase. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact us immediately.

Authority of Purchase:

By placing an order with the company, you confirm that you have the legal authority to make the purchase on behalf of yourself, your organisation, or any entity you represent. 

You agree to take full responsibility for any orders placed and to ensure that any purchases comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. 

If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you affirm that you are duly authorised to enter into this agreement and bind the organisation to these terms and conditions.

Products:

We reserve the right to update, adjust, or remove any product, including changes to pricing, at any time without prior notice. LZ Wholesale Ltd is not liable to you or any third party for any such changes, including product discontinuation or pricing adjustments.

Every effort is made to ensure that each specific measurement is as accurate as possible. While we also aim to represent our products as accurately as possible through images, actual colours and appearances may vary slightly due to individual screen settings, lighting conditions, or display quality. As such, LZ Wholesale Ltd cannot be held responsible for any perceived differences between online images and the physical product.

Images may occasionally show how a product could appear once personalised for display purposes. Please note that all items sold are blank as standard, and any customisation shown is for illustrative purposes only. Personalisation services are not included in the listed price.

Customer Use of Products:

All products sold by LZ Wholesale Ltd are made from widely internationally recognised materials such as PET. It is the customer’s responsibility to test and confirm the compatibility of their chosen product with the contents they intend to fill it with. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the use of packaging that is unsuitable or incompatible with the customer’s end product.

LZ Wholesale Ltd takes great care to ensure the quality and condition of all products before dispatch. However, we are not liable for any issues that may occur during the application or personalisation process. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle and apply materials to the products correctly. By purchasing from LZ Wholesale Ltd, you acknowledge and accept that any errors, damages, or unsuccessful applications that occur after dispatch are beyond our control and not the responsibility of the company.

Billing & Payment Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify our prices at any time without prior notice. This includes changes due to supplier costs, material availability, market fluctuations, or promotional offers. Prices at the time of purchase are final and will not be adjusted retrospectively.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. The total amount payable for your order includes the cost of the selected products along with any applicable delivery charges, as calculated at checkout. An email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order will be sent to you. 

Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received and cleared. We accept a range of secure payment methods as made available on our checkout page, including major credit/debit cards and any other provider listed. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers to ensure your details remain secure.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all billing and account information submitted is accurate and complete. Failure to provide correct details may result in delays, failed transactions, or the cancellation of your order. LZ Wholesale Ltd is not liable for any such issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete billing information.

We do not offer credit terms, and all transactions must be paid in advance.

Shipping & Delivery:

The company aims to process and dispatch all orders promptly once full payment has been received and cleared. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and order size. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout; however, these are only guidelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be clearly displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate and complete. LZ Wholesale Ltd will not be held liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment.

We deliver to the address, carrier, or agent provided by the customer. Once the order is delivered, the responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. Any delivery issues or transit damage must be reported to the company within 24 hours of delivery of the goods. 

Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details via email where available.

Returns & Refunds:

As a business-to-business wholesale supplier, LZ Wholesale Ltd does not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items, change-of-mind purchases, or user error. All sales are final once payment is received and the order has been dispatched. We strongly advise customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and compatibility prior to ordering.

Returns will only be considered in the case of items that are received damaged or faulty. In such instances, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue which the customer believes existed at the time of delivery. If a return is approved, the items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Used, altered, or personalised items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

If any items are missing from your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the discrepancy and, if found to be at fault, will arrange for the missing items, which the customer claims to have existed at the time of delivery, to be sent to you.

Any items being returned must be authorised and approved by the company in advance. Goods returned without prior approval may not be accepted. LZ Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to inspect any returned goods before processing a replacement or refund. Any return requests made outside of the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

These terms do not change or attempt to change a customer’s statutory rights or any rights provided or implied by law. 

Termination of Access:

The company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the website, other users, or our business.

Upon termination, your right to use the website and access our products and services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these terms which, by their nature, should survive termination (including but not limited to ownership, liability, and indemnity clauses) shall remain in full effect after termination.

We may also, at our sole discretion, refuse service or access to the website to anyone at any time without notice or liability. 

Limitation of Liability:

LZ Wholesale Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website, products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or reputation, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

While we take great care to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on our website, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. All content and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Nothing in this section affects any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

Indemnity:

By using this website and purchasing from LZ Wholesale Ltd, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the company, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses - including reasonable legal fees - arising from or related to your breach of these terms and conditions, misuse of our website, any actions taken by others using your account information, or any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights. 

Compliance with Laws:

These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in England, and you agree that any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the website or these terms and conditions shall take place in the courts located within England.

You also agree that any claims or disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and not as part of a class or representative action. Any legal actions brought by you or us in relation to these terms and conditions shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of England and you irrevocably waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue. 

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of the terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
